Sometimes you get tired of eating healthy. Sometimes you get tired of your kids complaining about what’s for supper. Meet your new best friend – Dorito Chicken Casserole…

Made with nacho cheese flavored Doritos, this dish will please kids AND grown ups! Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces (or a shredded rotisserie chicken is the perfect amount)
- 1 bag shredded cheese (I used the cheddar-jack but any kind is fine)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13×9 casserole dish. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except for the chips and a handful of cheese (for topping). Layer half of the chips on bottom of dish, followed by half of the chicken mixture, then repeat the layers once more. Top with the remaining cheese and bake about 20-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

What you have now is a delicious (and easy!) supper with no complaints from the kids!
